Well the students have been working very hard.  We are working on developing skills to solve math problems at the different grades.  We are using charts to show the steps and using the hands on manipulatives. 

Hello everyone, it has been a while since my last post.  I returned back to work from my injury and working has taken up plenty of my extra time to write.  Well since returning, I have been playing catch up on some paper work and getting to know my students.  By the way, they are awesome!   I have also spending a lot of time playing with the SmartBoard.  It is amazing how this technological device can do to a lesson and help my students understand a concept.  Everyday I am amazed by students knowledge of the using the SmartBoard, they show me something new everyday.  Did I mention they are awesome???

Yesterday was the first day of school. I went to school to "meet and greet" the new and old students.  I am very excited, my students also appeared to be excited and happy coming back to school.  I won't be there for a week, I know my sub, Mrs. Cantos, will do a great

After a week of technology training, I can't wait to have my Smartboard installed next week.  I will be writing lesson plans while I am recovering from my injury.
